This expansion marks another strategic step in our commitment to being present in the regions where our expertise makes the greatest impact. It also reaffirms our long-term dedication to supporting our clients across the GCC and beyond.
To provide insight into our journey and what this new chapter represents, we sat down with our CEO, Mohamad Daaboul, to reflect on Analyzer’s evolution, and what comes next.
What inspired the launch of Analyzer in 2015?
In 2015, I recognized a clear gap in the Qatari construction market for specialized, high-quality, and cost-effective expert services in forensic delay analysis. Numerous contractors and professionals began approaching me for independent consultations and training in this field. Their consistent demand highlighted a pressing market need, one that traditional consultancies were either not addressing or not delivering with the necessary depth and professionalism. This led to the founding of Analyzer, with a mission to offer dedicated, expert-driven services that combined technical excellence with commercial awareness.
What led you to expand into Spain as the first International Branch?
Analyzer’s growing reputation in the arbitration and litigation space allowed us to support several Spanish clients involved in complex construction disputes. Our team successfully assisted in resolving these cases, often achieving favorable and amicable settlements. These outcomes built strong trust with our Spanish clients, who then encouraged us to provide ongoing support for their projects not only in Spain but also in other European countries, including the UK and Germany. This organic demand and the strategic value of being in Europe led us to open our first branch in Spain.
What made KSA the next natural step?
Our practical experience in dispute resolution and, more importantly, dispute avoidance, made Analyzer’s approach especially relevant to the Saudi market. With the Kingdom undergoing rapid transformation under Vision 2030, there was a noticeable shift toward minimizing costly project delays and disputes. Many of our clients were expanding into Saudi Arabia, and they needed partners who understood both the technical and cultural complexities of the region. This alignment of client demand and market opportunity made KSA a natural next step for Analyzer’s growth.
And now, why Dubai?
As part of our broader strategic vision for regional expansion, the UAE, particularly Dubai, was always a key market. Given Dubai’s status as a regional hub for construction, arbitration, and international business, we viewed establishing a presence there as essential. It was clear to us that a strong GCC presence would be incomplete without serving the UAE market. Our entry into Dubai allows us to stay closer to our clients operating in the Emirates and continue supporting complex projects and dispute matters with the same level of excellence.
What’s next for Analyzer Consulting and Where are you focusing your next steps?
Our next targeted expansion is into Germany. We’ve already supported cases involving German stakeholders, and the country’s engineering-driven construction sector aligns well with our technical and analytical strengths. Establishing a presence in Germany will not only enhance our footprint in Europe but also enable us to better serve our existing clients operating across EU markets.
Additionally, our next strategic focus is Syria. With the recent developments in the region and the gradual move toward reconstruction and recovery, Syria presents a significant opportunity for the construction industry. As the country begins to rebuild its infrastructure and urban fabric, there will be a growing demand for professional, reliable, and technically sound consultancy services. We believe Analyzer’s expertise in dispute avoidance, forensic analysis, and project advisory can play a valuable role in supporting both local and international stakeholders involved in this critical phase of development. Being part of Syria’s reconstruction journey aligns with our mission to deliver impactful services where they are needed most.
