Analyzer Consulting were engaged on a framework agreement by a specialist developer to provide ongoing contract management and planning support in relation to the construction of several data management. Our team supported the developer throughout the planning, tender, award, and execution phases of the project. Scope of services included the production of tender programs, baseline programs, monthly program monitoring and updates, and drafting and responding to contractual correspondence.
