Analyzer LLC is an international consultancy firm founded on the principles of proactive planning and delivering excellence through devising sound and dynamic contractual and commercial solutions for their clients. It also deals with the grounding of planning consultancies, delay analysis, the addition of time claims and the arrangement of supervision and training courses using BIM values.
In expectancy of the EXPO 2020, FIFA World Cup 2022 and the increment of its investment to deliver the Qatar National Vision 2030, the international focus on the UAE and Qatari markets has become bigger. The limit in time has become a concern within the GCC market.
Considering the unusual rapidity of the Qatari construction atmosphere, Analyzer has gained much exposure to and has prepared many disputes; Extension of Time (EOT) claims; counterclaims and determination.
At Analyzer LLC, we believe that a lack of knowledge of fundamental planning principles and a deficiency of current site records will inevitably result in avoidable disputes with the employer when EOT claims are turned in.
