Mohamad Daaboul is the Founder and Managing Director of Analyzer Management Consulting Company.
Analyzer Management Consulting was founded on the principle of proactive planning, specializing in the contractual, commercial and forensic planning consultancies using 4D BIM principles, including preparation of planning packages, delay analysis, the extension of time claims, full planning supervision, and training courses.
A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and exposure to multi-faceted projects, has resulted in an in-depth knowledge of multi-discipline assignments in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environment.
PSP certified with recognized experience in preparation of Extension of Times claims for Expert Determination and court cases.
Without forgetting to mention that he is a great Speaker, Delay Analysis instructor, and Past President of the Qatar Section of the AACE International.
